Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via la post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by another carrier, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
CoolTec has implemented a merchandise return system managed strictly by the request for a return number (RMA).
This can be requested by contacting our after-sales service, explaining precisely the problem and the symptoms.

without this RMA number, the equipment will be returned at the customer's expense. A shipment of merchandise returns travels at the expense and under the res-
customer responsibility. A change of part or product does not extend the duration of the warranty.
If the claim is found to be justified by us and our supplier in the case of defective parts, our obligations
will be limited exclusively to the free provision of a new replacement part after receiving the
defective parts, or the free repair of defective parts, or the correction of the work done, without
may be required to pay any compensation whatsoever, direct or indirect, except in the case of fraud
or the heavy fault of our leader. Any warranty claim is governed by the warranty terms established by CoolTec.
